Description of Service

Deckoli is a free service that allows you to track and display your video game collection as digital trading cards. We provide:

• Game browsing and search functionality
• Personal collection management
• Trading card-style display of your games with rarity system
• Points system that rewards activity (adding games, completing games, login streaks)
• Community feed showing public activity from all users
• Cloud sync across devices (with account)

User Accounts

To save your collection across devices, you may create an account using Google or Discord sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Points and Public Activity

Deckoli features a points system and community feed:

• Points: You earn points for activities like adding games, completing games, and maintaining login streaks. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or goods.
• Public Activity: Your username and game-related activity (adding, completing, status changes) are displayed publicly in the community feed. By using the service, you consent to this public display.
• Rarity: Card rarity is determined by game ratings and other factors. Rarity assignments are final and at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify point values, reset points, or change the points system at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or harvest data from the service
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively

Intellectual Property

Game data, cover images, and related content are provided by IGDB and are the property of their respective owners. Deckoli's design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC.

You retain ownership of your collection data (which games you've added and your preferences).

Service Availability

We strive to keep Deckoli available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

Disclaimer of Warranties

Deckoli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Game data will be completely accurate or up-to-date

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deckoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lavai Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Deckoli or violation of these terms.

Age Restriction

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms before using the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using Deckoli at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our discretion, particularly if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
