Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dwellio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Dwellio does

Dwellio is an AI-powered home inventory app. You photograph items and the AI identifies them, helping you track warranties, maintenance schedules, and product recalls. Dwellio is not a substitute for professional appraisal, insurance, or home maintenance services.

AI-generated content

Item identification, maintenance suggestions, and other AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying important information such as warranty dates, model numbers, and recall status against original documentation.

Recall information

Dwellio checks items against the CPSC recall database as a convenience feature. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of recall matching. Always check official sources for critical safety information.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Dwellio
• Attempt to exploit or interfere with the app or its API
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Availability

Dwellio depends on third-party AI services for item identification. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Intellectual Property

Dwellio, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Dwellio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for inaccurate item identification or missed recalls
• We are not liable for any loss of inventory data
• We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
