Lucky Stop is a scratch-off idle game published by Lavai Labs LLC ("we," "us"). It has no accounts, no server of ours, no advertising and no analytics. This policy describes the little data the game handles and where it goes.
Your progress (the current run, your charms, lucky pennies, jackpots, achievements and settings) is saved on your device. Lucky Stop keeps a few dated backup copies on the device as well, so a damaged save can be recovered. We never receive any of it.
If you are signed in to iCloud, Lucky Stop mirrors your lasting progress (charms, pennies, jackpots, achievements and the Brag Board) to iCloud key-value storage so another device signed in to the same Apple ID can pick it up. This data is stored by Apple under your Apple ID and Apple's privacy terms. We cannot access it. Resetting the game in Settings also clears the iCloud copy.
If you are signed in to Game Center, Lucky Stop reports the achievements you earn to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center profile. Apple handles this data under its own privacy terms; we can see achievement completion only as Game Center shows it, never your Apple ID. You can sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings at any time.
Lucky Stop is free through your first jackpot, with an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full game, processed by Apple through your Apple ID. To verify purchases and restore them on your other devices, Lucky Stop uses RevenueCat, a purchase-infrastructure service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier and purchase-receipt information from Apple. This is not linked to your name or email (Lucky Stop never collects those), and it is not used for advertising or tracking. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
There is no sign-up and no login. Lucky Stop contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track how you play. The game's calendar and the store's window follow your device's date and time, read on the device and never sent anywhere.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to answer you. The in-app Contact support button adds your app version to the subject line, nothing else.
Lucky Stop does not collect personal information from anyone, of any age.
Settings > Reset game erases your progress on this device and its iCloud copy. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device.
