Lucky Stop is a scratch-off idle game played with pretend money. It is not gambling: you cannot wager, win or receive anything of real value. The money, tickets, prizes, jackpots, lucky pennies and charms in the game have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and exist only inside the game. Winning in Lucky Stop does not imply future success at real lotteries or gambling.
Lucky Stop is free through your first jackpot. A one-time in-app purchase, sold by Apple, unlocks every jackpot after it. It does not buy in-game money, tickets or odds. There are no subscriptions and no consumable purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. A purchase can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Your progress is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your iCloud account. We never receive it and cannot recover it for you. See the privacy policy for details.
The Lucky Stop store, its staff, its customers and its lottery are fictional. Lucky Stop is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any real gas station, convenience store, lottery or business, and any resemblance is coincidental. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Do not decompile, redistribute, or repackage the app or its content, or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.
The game runs on your device and does not depend on any service we operate. We may stop publishing updates at any time. Updates may add, change, rebalance, or remove features.
The app, including its interface, pixel art, synthesized sound and writing, belongs to Lavai Labs LLC. Third-party parts are used under their own licenses: the VT323 typeface under the SIL Open Font License (shown in full in the app under Settings > Credits and licenses) and the RevenueCat SDK (MIT).
Lucky Stop is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavai Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including lost progress.
These terms may be updated when the app changes materially. The date at the top reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
