Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nullpoint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Nullpoint is

Nullpoint is a single-player idle game. It is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Event Horizon Purchase

The Event Horizon upgrade is a non-consumable in-app purchase (one-time, lifetime unlock) processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing:

  • You receive permanent access to Event Horizon features tied to your Apple ID
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to Lavai Labs
  • Family Sharing is supported where available
  • You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Nullpoint
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended purposes
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Nullpoint, its design, artwork, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Nullpoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss of game progress or data
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Event Horizon upgrade

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lavai Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Nullpoint or violation of these terms.

Age Restriction

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms before using the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
