Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orbit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Orbit is

Orbit is a single-player arcade game. It is provided for entertainment purposes only.

In-App Purchases

Orbit offers a "Remove Ads" upgrade as a non-consumable in-app purchase (one-time, lifetime unlock) processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing:

  • You receive permanent ad-free gameplay and free continues, tied to your Apple ID
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to Lavai Labs
  • You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID

Advertising

Orbit displays optional rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads are only shown when you voluntarily choose to watch one. You may remove all ads through the Remove Ads purchase.

Game Center

Orbit uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Leaderboard data is managed by Apple and may be visible to other Game Center users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Orbit
  • Manipulate leaderboard scores or game data through unauthorized means
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended purposes
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Orbit, its design, artwork, sound effects, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Orbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss of game progress or data
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lavai Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Orbit or violation of these terms.

Age Restriction

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms before using the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
