By downloading, installing, or using Outring, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Outring is

Outring is a single-player arcade game. It is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Game Center

Outring uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Leaderboard data is managed by Apple and may be visible to other Game Center users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Outring
• Manipulate leaderboard scores or game data through unauthorized means
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended purposes
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Outring, its design, artwork, sound effects, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Outring is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of game progress or data
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lavai Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Outring or violation of these terms.

Age Restriction

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms before using the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
