Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Perennial, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Perennial does

Perennial is a birthday and special date reminder app. It helps you track important dates and receive timely notifications.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Contact data

Perennial can optionally read birthdays from your device's Contacts. This data is accessed locally and never transmitted. You can revoke contact access at any time through iOS Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Perennial
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Perennial, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Perennial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for missed reminders or notifications
• We are not liable for any loss of data
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lavai Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Perennial or violation of these terms.

Age Restriction

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms before using the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
