Privacy Policy

What We Collect

PokeRip collects minimal data, and almost everything stays on your device.

Data stored locally on your device

• Collection data — pulled cards, pack history, favorites, and wishlist are stored in SwiftData, an on-device database
• Settings and preferences — haptics, gyro, daily pack count are stored in UserDefaults on your device
• Cached card images — downloaded card images are cached locally for performance

Data processed by third parties

• RevenueCat — if you make an in-app purchase, RevenueCat processes the transaction and stores an anonymous customer ID to manage your entitlements. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or Apple ID. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• pokemontcg.io — card data and images are fetched from this community API. Your IP address is visible to their servers during API requests. No personal data is sent. See pokemontcg.io.

No Account Required

PokeRip does not require an account, sign-in, email address, or registration of any kind.

What We Don't Collect

PokeRip does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Analytics or usage data
• Crash reports
• Advertising identifiers
• Location data
• Device fingerprints
• Tracking pixels or cookies
• Your name, email, phone number, or any personal information

There are no ad networks, no analytics frameworks, and no tracking SDKs in PokeRip. RevenueCat is the only third-party SDK, used solely for in-app purchase management.

Affiliate Links

PokeRip includes links to TCGPlayer and eBay for purchasing physical cards. These links may contain affiliate tracking parameters. Clicking them takes you to external websites governed by their own privacy policies. We do not receive any personal data from these platforms — only aggregate commission reports.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with anyone. Your collection data never leaves your device. The only external communication is fetching card data from the pokemontcg.io API and processing purchases through RevenueCat.

Data Deletion

You are in full control of your data:

• Reset Collection in Settings permanently deletes all pulled cards, history, and stats
• Delete the app removes all local data permanently

To request deletion of your anonymous RevenueCat customer record, contact us at the email below.

Children

PokeRip does not collect any personal information and is suitable for general audiences. No account or personal data is required. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor app usage and in-app purchases.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of PokeRip after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
