Tap "Sign in with PlayStation" on the welcome screen. You'll be taken to Sony's official sign-in page in a secure browser window. PSN Go never sees your username or password. We only receive a secure token to read your trophy data.
After signing in, PSN Go performs a full sync of your trophy data from PlayStation Network. This can take a minute or two depending on the size of your library. You can check sync progress in Settings. If trophies are still missing, try pulling down to refresh on the Games tab, or use Settings → Clear Cache to re-download all data.
If you previously purchased PSN Go Pro, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically. If you're using Family Sharing, make sure the purchaser's Apple ID has sharing enabled for App Store purchases.
Clear Cache (in Settings → Data) deletes all synced PlayStation data and re-downloads it fresh from Sony. Your personal data (notes, lists, hidden games, and rivals) is preserved. Use this if you notice missing or incorrect trophy data.
Go to Settings → Data → Delete All Data to permanently remove everything from your device, including games, trophies, notes, lists, and authentication tokens. You can also uninstall the app, which removes all data. PSN Go does not store any data on external servers. Everything is local to your device.
PSN Go always uses Apple's secure sign-in technology (ASWebAuthenticationSession) to connect to PlayStation Network. The app never sees your username or password. By default, the sign-in session starts fresh each time, so you'll need to enter your credentials on every sign-in. If you enable Use Saved Browser Session (in Settings), the sign-in will share cookies with Safari, so if you're already signed in to PlayStation on your device, you can skip re-entering your credentials. Either way, the same secure Apple browser is used. This setting is off by default for maximum privacy.
Yes. All your trophy data is stored locally on your device. You can browse your games, trophies, and stats without an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed to sync new data from PlayStation Network.
Yes. PSN Go uses Apple's secure authentication system (ASWebAuthenticationSession), the same technology behind "Sign in with Apple." Your credentials are entered directly on Sony's website in an isolated browser. The app only receives read-only tokens that cannot change your password, make purchases, or modify your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
PSN Go is an independent app by Lavai Labs and is not affiliated with Sony or PlayStation. For issues with your PSN account, passwords, or PlayStation services, visit PlayStation Support.
