Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PSN Go, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

No Affiliation with Sony

PSN Go is an independent, third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment. PlayStation, PS5, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, PlayStation Network, and PSN are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.

PSN Go accesses publicly available data through Sony's PlayStation Network API. Availability of this data is subject to Sony's own terms and policies.

Account Requirements

PSN Go requires a valid PlayStation Network account to function. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PSN account credentials. PSN Go stores authentication tokens locally on your device using the iOS Keychain and does not transmit your credentials to any third party.

PSN Go Pro Purchase

PSN Go Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase (one-time, lifetime unlock) processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing:

  • You receive permanent access to Pro features tied to your Apple ID
  • The purchase is non-refundable per Apple's standard App Store policies
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to PSN Go
  • Family Sharing is supported where available
  • You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of PSN Go
  • Use PSN Go to violate Sony's PlayStation Network terms of service
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users without their consent
  • Use PSN Go for any unlawful purpose

Service Availability

PSN Go depends on Sony's PlayStation Network API for trophy and game data. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to PSN data
  • The accuracy or completeness of data returned by Sony's API
  • Continued availability of any specific API features

Sony may change, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time. Such changes are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

PSN Go, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC. Trophy names, descriptions, and game artwork displayed in the app are the property of their respective publishers and are retrieved from Sony's API.

Limitation of Liability

PSN Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss of data, including trophy or game data
  • We are not liable for any inability to access PlayStation Network services
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by Sony regarding your PSN account
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for PSN Go Pro

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of PSN Go after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
