PSN Go accesses publicly available data through Sony's PlayStation Network API. Availability of this data is subject to Sony's own terms and policies.
PSN Go requires a valid PlayStation Network account to function. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PSN account credentials. PSN Go stores authentication tokens locally on your device using the iOS Keychain and does not transmit your credentials to any third party.

Sony may change, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time. Such changes are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of these terms.
PSN Go, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC. Trophy names, descriptions, and game artwork displayed in the app are the property of their respective publishers and are retrieved from Sony's API.
PSN Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of PSN Go after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
