Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Swift Said, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Swift Said does

Swift Said is a quotes app that displays verified Taylor Swift quotes pulled from public interviews, speeches, essays, and other on-record material. Each quote ships with attribution to its original source.

Unofficial fan app

Swift Said is an unofficial fan app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Taylor Swift, her management, or her record labels. All quotes are reproduced under fair-use principles for commentary, criticism, and education, with attribution to the original source. Swift Said does not include any song lyrics, photographs, or album artwork.

Purchases

Swift Said is a one-time purchase processed through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Likes and aggregate counts

When you tap the heart on a quote, an anonymous device identifier and the quote ID are sent to our server to maintain a public aggregate like count and keep your favorites consistent across launches. You can delete this data at any time from Settings → Your Data → Delete all my data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Swift Said
• Attempt to extract bundled credentials, signing keys, or interfere with the app's API
• Submit fraudulent or automated likes
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

Swift Said's design, code, original written content (era descriptions, app copy), and curatorial selection are the intellectual property of Lavai Labs LLC. The quotes themselves remain the words of the speaker; we make no claim to them and reproduce them under fair-use principles with attribution.

Limitation of liability

Swift Said is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or interpretation of any quote
• We are not liable for any loss of data, including liked-quote history
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lavai Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Swift Said or violation of these terms.

Age restriction

Swift Said is rated for ages 12 and up due to occasional mild language in some quotes. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms before using the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
