Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Unfrozen app. By using Unfrozen, you agree to these terms.

What Unfrozen does

Unfrozen is an AI-powered cleaning assistant. You take a photo of a messy space, and the app uses artificial intelligence to generate a list of specific cleaning tasks. The app is designed to help you get started and stay organized. It is not a substitute for professional cleaning, organizing, or home maintenance services.

AI-generated content

All cleaning plans and task suggestions are generated by AI. While we strive for helpful and accurate results, AI output may occasionally be:

• Inaccurate or incomplete in identifying items in your photo
• Unsuitable for your specific situation or needs
• Missing important safety considerations for certain cleaning tasks

You are responsible for using your own judgment when following any AI-generated suggestions. If a task involves chemicals, heights, heavy objects, or anything that could be hazardous, take appropriate precautions.

Subscriptions

Unfrozen offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store via your Apple ID. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests

Acceptable use

Unfrozen is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Submit photos containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the app or its API
• Use the app for any purpose other than generating cleaning plans for your own spaces
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its output

Your content

Photos you submit are sent to the AI for analysis and immediately discarded. They are not stored, reviewed, or used for any other purpose. After a session completes, text data from the session may be sent to the AI to generate a behavioral summary of the space. No photos are included in this request. The resulting summary is stored only on your device and can be cleared at any time.

All task data, session history, and settings remain on your device. We do not claim any rights to your photos or data.

Availability

We aim to keep Unfrozen available and working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party AI services that may occasionally be unavailable. We may also update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Unfrozen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
• We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from following AI-generated cleaning suggestions
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
