Deck of Pain turns a standard 54-card deck into a full-body workout. Each suit is mapped to an exercise, and the card number tells you how many reps. Swipe through all 54 cards to complete the deck. Jokers are special hold exercises like planks.
Beginner is free and includes approachable exercises like squats, knee push-ups, crunches, and jumping jacks. With Deck of Pain Pro, you unlock Intermediate (jump squats, push-ups, bicycle crunches, burpees), Beast Mode (pistol squats, diamond push-ups, V-ups, box jumps), and Custom where you choose your own exercises for each suit.
Deck of Pain Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all difficulties (Intermediate, Beast Mode, and Custom), full workout history, Apple Health integration, and the ability to share your results. No subscriptions.
If you've already purchased Deck of Pain Pro, open the app and navigate to the paywall screen. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Your purchase will be restored automatically. If it doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
With Deck of Pain Pro, select the Custom difficulty to pick your own exercise for each suit and the joker hold. Tap any suit row to choose from the full exercise list. Your custom setup is saved between workouts.
Number cards (2 through 10) match their face value in reps. Aces are worth 12 reps and face cards (Jack, Queen, King) are worth 10 reps each. Jokers are timed hold exercises like planks. A full deck adds up to 384 reps across all four exercises.

Yes. With Deck of Pain Pro, tap "Share Results" after completing a workout to generate a share card with your stats. You can share it to social media, messages, or save it to your photos.
You can skip any card by swiping it away. Skipped cards are tracked separately in your results so you can see your completion rate. Your total rep count only includes completed cards.
