Deck of Pain

A full deck of cards. Each one is an exercise. Shuffle and survive.

How it works

A standard 52-card deck plus two jokers. Each suit is a different exercise. The card's value is your rep count. Shuffle the deck, flip cards one at a time, and do what it says. Swipe right when you're done. Swipe left to skip. A rest timer kicks in between each card.

Four suits, four exercises

Spades are legs. Hearts are upper body push. Diamonds are core. Clubs are cardio. Jokers are timed holds. Every card drawn is a different challenge.

Three difficulties

Beginner eases you in with squats, knee push-ups, crunches, and jumping jacks. Intermediate swaps in jump squats, push-ups, bicycle crunches, and burpees. Beast Mode is pistol squats, diamond push-ups, V-ups, and box jumps. Pick your poison.

Build your own deck

Custom mode lets you assign any exercise to any suit. Over 50 exercises to choose from across lower body, upper push, upper pull, core, cardio, and timed holds. Your rules.

Rest when you need it

Set a rest timer between cards: 5 seconds to 2 minutes. It kicks in after every completed card. Skip it early if you're ready. Or turn it off entirely.

Pause and resume

Close the app mid-workout and it saves your place. Come back later and pick up exactly where you left off. Same deck order, same progress, same timer.

Form tips on every card

Tap any card to flip it and see detailed instructions and form cues for that exercise. No guessing, no bad reps.

Track your history

Every completed deck is logged. Cards done, cards skipped, total reps, time elapsed, and a per-suit breakdown. See your progress over time.

54 cards. No equipment. No excuses.

Deck of Pain is a bodyweight workout with zero setup. No gym membership, no gear, no planning. Just deal and go.
